Shipping & Returns
As a company that sells secondhand clothing for our clients, we have to strictly adhere to our shipping & returns policy in order to remain a viable business. We hope you can appreciate that although our sellers are not legally required to offer returns on these preloved goods, we recommend they do so on certain items as a gesture of goodwill.
Returns Policy
We allow returns on most items* however we will only issue refunds on to a gift card.
Our returns policy states you have 14 days after delivery to request a refund.
Items must be returned within 7 days of refund request approval and must be in original resalable condition with tags and barcodes still attached.

Swimwear

(Fast Fashion items, and all items under £10 which are all Final Sale)
Any items returned will be subject to a £2 restocking fee, this will be deducted from the amount you are refunded. This helps towards the admin and preparation of returning the item to stock and steaming it in preparation for its new customer.
We are one of the only pre-loved online store that ask our sellers to accepts returns of any kind, we hope you can understand the need for our strict returns policy.

In the event of an item/s returned to us without a returns request approval (for each relevant order number) we will request postage to return these items to you, or they will be donated to Charity after 10days . Please make sure items are folded carefully and have their original tags still attached. Any items returned to us not in their original condition will be rejected.
You, the customer, must cover the cost of returns postage, customs and duty charges. We advise items for return to be sent by Insured, Tracked and Signed postage as Reliked cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.
If there was a fault/problem with your order we will process a refund back to the original payment method as well as the cost of returns shipping (you will need to provide a receipt of returns shipping).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Policy
The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your delivery country. All items are stored by Reliked and shipped from our UK headquarters.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.
We currently use 100% plastic-free recyclable mailing bags and reused cardboard boxes where possible. We sometimes have to use plastic mailers for very large orders and/or select international orders, if you know of any more eco-friendly options, please get in touch!
Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.
For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
We currently ship with Evri & DPD to the UK, Ireland, Germany & USA.
If you wish to place an order from any other destination, please contact our Customer Services for a custom shipping quote via email contact us.
Cancellation Policy
As a company that acts as an agent selling on behalf of private sellers, Reliked do not accept cancellations or amendments of orders. Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email and as such begins the fulfilment process, therefore we are unable to amend or cancel your order. We do accept some returns as detailed on our returns policy.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, you will be notified via email and refunded by the original payment method.
Reliked Beauty Locker – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all members of the Reliked Beauty Locker (“Members”). By joining, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Membership gives you access to exclusive beauty offers, product drops, and member-only content. Access begins once your first payment is confirmed.
Membership costs £10 per month, charged automatically to your chosen payment method. By joining, you authorise Reliked to take recurring monthly payments until you cancel.
Your membership renews every month on the same date as your first payment. If your payment fails or cannot be processed, access to Beauty Locker benefits may be paused until payment is received.
You can cancel your membership at any time through your Reliked account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund any payments already made.
Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or in the event of an error by Reliked.
Reliked may update Beauty Locker benefits, prices, or these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you in advance of any significant changes.
